These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.jane-louisecreations.co.uk (the “Site”), and any purchase of products (“Products”) through it. It also applies to the associated site, www.garlandandgrace.co.uk, and our Etsy and Folksy shops.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our Products and services to you.

2. Use of the Website

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use it.
You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

3. Products and Availability

We offer a range of artist-designed prints, artworks, and related items, produced and fulfilled through print-on-demand partners.
All Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed without notice.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings or print production processes.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) and include UK VAT (where applicable).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers. You must ensure all billing and contact information is accurate and up to date.

5. Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your Product(s) and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including payment issues, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All Products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners.
Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout but may vary based on location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Delivery is deemed complete when the Products reach the address you provided. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery details.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because each item is made to order, we can only accept returns or offer replacements for defective, misprinted, or damaged items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at janeclayton66@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Minor colour or size variations

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

Your statutory rights under UK law remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, logos, and written content displayed on this Site are the intellectual property of Jane Louise Creations, Garland and Grace, or the original artist and are protected under UK and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this Site without prior written consent from the copyright owner.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Products.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the Product(s) in question.
