Because all our products are made to order through trusted print-on-demand partners, your item is created especially for you. Please review the details below to understand how our shipping and delivery process works.


1. Order Processing Time

Each item is printed and prepared once your order is placed.
Typical production times are:

  • Art prints & posters: 2–5 business days

  • Framed prints & canvases: 4–7 business days

  • Apparel or other products (if offered): 3–7 business days

Please note: Production times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods.


2. Shipping Times

After production, your order is shipped from the fulfilment centre closest to your delivery address.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

Destination Estimated Delivery
UK 2–5 business days
Europe 5–10 business days
USA & Canada 7–14 business days
Rest of World 10–20 business days

These are estimated timelines only. Actual delivery may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your basket.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the website.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link (where available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties once the package reaches your destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs charges.


7. Delays and Lost Packages

We aim to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
However, we are not liable for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.

If your order appears lost or has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at janeclayton66@gmail.com and we’ll investigate with our fulfilment partner.


8. Returns and Replacements

Because each item is made to order, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
