Refunds & Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
As all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. This is standard for print-on-demand and custom-made products.
How to request a return To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at janeclayton66@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the problem. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.
Return shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly fulfilled, in which case we will cover return shipping costs.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled. To request an exchange, please contact us at janeclayton66@gmail.com.
